About this Event
FIRST PART - Energy Unblocking Breathwork Session
This breathwork experience is approximately 45-55 minutes long. During the class, you will have your own designated space where you can lay down on a cozy yoga mat or blanket, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the process. We will start with a brief five-minute introduction, where you will learn how to activate the powerful active breath technique. For the next 20-25 minutes, you will be doing the breathwork as I guide you through the journey. The music will be tailored to help you release trapped emotions, elevate your spirit and energize your soul. For this particular session, we will focus on finding our inner source of peace and clarity.
After this intense and revitalizing active breathing period, we will ease into a restful and peaceful state for 10-15 minutes. Soft, soothing music will play in the background while I guide you through a gentle and reflective process. This final phase will allow you to integrate the benefits of your active breathwork, while also providing a moment of calm reflection and gratitude. Through this journey, you will tap into your inner strength and healing capabilities, unlocking a newfound sense of empowerment and connection to your goals.
SECOND PART - Group Reintegration
During the breathwork session, your body will receive a deep level of relaxation and your mind will experience peace. It is also common to experience visions and clarity on life concerns. During the reintegration you will have the opportunity to share with community if you feel comformtable, and/or document your experience in your journal using the clarity and visions from the breathwork session.
WARNING: THIS IS NOT A VISION BOARD EVENT. But feel free to bring your journal so you can document your visions and desires
