WHAT TO EXPECT
Relaxation & Grounding:
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you drop into your body, calm your mind, and open yourself to a deeper sense of ease and connection✨
Brunch & Conversation:
Over a delicious brunch spread (juice, your choice of coffee or matcha, tartine, and one of three nourishing bowls), Chloé will lead a conversation on the foundations of intimate health — exploring how hormones, stress, and microbiome balance shape your well-being, confidence, and pleasure. Expect honest, educational, and heart-centered discussion in a safe, supportive space.
Essential Oil Creation:
To close the session, you’ll create your own personal aromatherapy roller — designed for your specific needs, whether it’s anxiety relief, emotional balance, or intimate wellness. Take it home as a beautiful reminder of your self-care and empowerment journey.

Chloé Ellert, CA, MSc is a certified clinical aromatherapist (NAHA) and sex therapist specializing in trauma recovery, sensuality, and holistic wellness. Her mission is to help women reclaim their power, heal from trauma, and embrace their bodies with confidence and love.
