This full day of powerful Voice Activation work, which will help you to experience a new sense of relationship with your voice, will be facilitated within a ritual space drawing on the energies of the beginning of the year and the huge potential for change and transformation that is held when we clarify our dreams and intentions. You will be guided and supported in all of this.
Your facilitator, Bryony Rogers, will guide you through activations, voice exercises, consciousness practices, meditations, songs and chants which are chosen for their positive effect on your wellbeing and support for a stronger and more embodied sense of voice.
Bryony will also offer the experience of chakra sound practices for well-being for you, combined with exercises from chi gung that work together to bring an enjoyable, powerful experience of embodiment.
Exploring well-being through sound and song can significantly aid with reducing stress, anxiety and depression by promoting a greater sense of connection to Self, Nature and Inner freedom.

About your Tutor
Bryony Rogers has over 27 years experience of deeply exploring sound and song and its connection to our overall well-being.
She works as a Voice Empowerment Coach, Energy Healer and teacher and Writer / Song writer, both one-on-one and with popular groups.
Bryony has undergone extensive research and training in sound healing, vibration, singing and song writing.
