Women are often conditioned to be accommodating, nurturing, and self-sacrificing, which can make it difficult to assert our own needs or express anger in a healthy way.
When boundaries are unclear, resentment and frustration build up, and when anger is suppressed, it can manifest as stress, anxiety, and even physical medical conditions.
This workshop aims to break that cycle by providing psycho-education around boundaries and anger: why they are challenging for women and how reclaiming them can transform your life.
This is what you can expect from the Anger Workshop:
- Explore the roots of our struggles with anger and boundaries through psycho-education, examining societal conditioning, family dynamics, and internalized beliefs.
- Practice somatic exercises that connect you to your body and your boundaries, helping you recognize where tension and anger are stored physically and how to release them.
- Develop practical tools for setting and communicating boundaries clearly, confidently, and compassionately.
- Engage in a powerful group anger release, providing a safe space for you to express and process emotions in community with other women, free of judgment or fear. And full of power.
