I am so excited to be in Paphos and relaunch Chakradance™ at the Wellness Academy, in Chloraka. I am very grateful for having this space to share a powerful transformative and healing dance that gets to move our body and has so much potential to change our life. Chakradance™ is a movement based wellbeing method that uses music, free form dance, spontaneous mandala drawing, and guided visualisation to help you feel more grounded, balanced. It brings more self awareness, self empowerment and authentic self expression so you can live a fulfilled life. It is a pathway to your true self through the chakra system.
During a Chakradance™ class I will guide you into each of the chakras or a specific chakra, this time the ‘solar plexus’, the centre of inner power. Each practice is a gentle and safe, non-judgemental space where growth/healing/transformation unfolds at each person’s own pace. Each class allows each person to build emotional awareness, resilience and self confidence that is safe and supportive.
Whilst in essence, we are all powerful, radiant beings, we may not be living from this space. Sometimes we might accept less than our worth, we do not follow through our goals, we allow people to step our boundaries. The Solar Plexus dance allows us to discover our own personal power and will. It fires up our drive and sense of purpose and courage. It helps us to live from a place of integrity, values, and to be true to ourselves by following our own path.
If you want to bring more clarity about the direction of your life and have the courage, commitment and discipline to follow that direction then this is the dance for you!

This workshop is a journey of letting go of that shell (the limiting beliefs, the negative programming, the blockages) and finding your true inner power.
We will dance, meditate, create mandala art, share our experience. You will leave reenergised and inspired to live your life and focus on what is meaningful for you . I will also share some tips to support you after you leave.

About Catherine
When Catherine first came across Chakradance, she immediately knew that this was something she wanted to incorporate in her life as it combines the ancient wisdom of the chakras, Jungian psychology, meditation, creativity, personal growth and most importantly spontaneous dance that she loves so much!
Once Catherine experienced it, she knew that she wanted to share it with others as part of her mission to help others to bring more self awareness, self acceptance and love, to be their authentic self, and feel empowered to manifest their life vision and goals.
Catherine is also an Emotional Empowerment Coach and Mindfulness teacher. She is also an award winning, Accredited Life Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Accredited EFT Practitioner, Accredited Mindfulness Teacher (Adults & Children), Reiki Practitioner, and Womb Healer. She embarked on this journey following recover from a from a debilitating eating disorder that led her to a journey of self love, self acceptance and self empowerment.
