You will be guided by three hosts, each offering a unique pathway for healing and self-discovery.
Amelia-the Phoenix, leads transformative breathwork and somatic practices, supporting the release of the old and igniting courage to rise anew.
Kassi-the Butterfly, offers mindfulness that encourages clarity to let go and transform your life into pure magic.
Abbey-the Lotus, guides you through reflective practices and creative expression, helping you bloom where you are and fully embrace your journey.
Together we will shape a supportive and empowered sisterhood.
