About this Event
Statistically, women are more likely to be harmed or murdered by an intimate partner or ex-partner, than they are by a stranger (Office for National Statistics (ONS).) However, as women, we are conditioned from birth to fear so-called "stranger danger."
Would you ever consider walking in nature alone after dark? If the answer is no, this event is for you!
Join us on the 6th of December from 6:30pm at Arlington Court for a special 16 Days of Action event where we Reclaim the Wild on a night walk for women through the grounds.
The 16 Days of Action is a national campaign to end violence against women and girls. It runs from the 25th of November (the National Day Against Violence Against Women and Girls) to the 10th of December (Human Rights Day.)
