Reclaim the Festive Season with Winter Solstice!

Winter Solstice, an opportunity to celebrate the darkest depths of the winter and welcome the beginning of the sun returning. A meaningful time for intention setting plus an energetic time for transformation, creativity and new beginnings.

Grab this opportunity to relax, have fun and release that which no longer serves, giving thanks for the passing of another season.

• Hot drinks & light nibbles, an opportunity to natter

All sessions are aimed at being relaxed and fun. There is no pressure for attendees to engage in all of these, feel free to engage as much or as little as you wish, stepping out at any time if needed with no judgement whatsoever. All activities can be adjusted to accommodate any limitations you may have e.g seated dance, yoga or meditation. If you require any support we will be happy to assist therefore please do ask.

****BONUS OPPORTUNITY: Naomi will be bringing along hippy ethnic clothing, crystals, wooden crafts & jewellery which you can browse and purchase if you may be tempted to do so.

What to wear and bring

• Bottled water (to keep you hydrated during the activities)
• No dresscode wearing loose comfortable layered clothing which enables you to move freely and feel comfortable is and can be adjusted at any time to accommodate your needs during the different activities is recommended
• Mat for floor work & soundbath
• Pillow, blanket, hot water bottle and anything else for your comfort during the soundbath

SOUND BATH CONTRAINDICATIONS

• During 1st trimester of pregnancy trimester
• Epilepsy or seizures of any kind (unless managed)
• Conditions which may be triggered by sound, including tinnitus.
• Anyone with metal plates, implants (other than tooth fillings), pacemakers or other devices fitted
• Severe mental health conditions
