An afternoon with good food, great people and inspiring stories behind everyone's favourite recipes. The first meeting will be the theme of 'Comfort Food'.
Bring a nostalgia inducing dish, something that reminds you of family/chosen family, food that brings you comfort, a dish that inspired your love of cooking.
People will be offered a chance to share the story behind their recipes, but it is not mandatory. Some may only be there to listen and take in what others have to say.
Please print the recipe on a card for folks with alergins.
If you are able, please bring $10 to help pay for the cost of the rental space.
The maximum amount of people for this event is 30 people.
Not everyone is going to be able to try every single dish as that would be a lot of food one person had to make and we don't want this to be something that is stressful.
If you confirm to this event, please let me know if you have to cancel as I may not be able to allow all that are interested.
More information will be sent as we get closer to the date.
