Recharge Your Mind: A Social Wellness Event for Teens and their Parents
Join us for a fun and supportive day designed to boost social wellness and connection! Teens can explore engaging workshops, including cookie decorating, drumming, and terrarium-making β meet other teens, and even take a relaxing break with therapy dogs.
Parents/Caregivers are invited to a dedicated workshop about mental health delivered by Stella's Place, which will cover fundamental ideas about mental health challenges.
Check out helpful community resources, enjoy refreshments, receive a goody bag, and take part in activities that encourage creativity, connection, and self-expression.
When: Saturday, November 8, 12-5pm

Info: The Foundations of Mental Health is an introductory workshop, the primary building block of all workshops on mental health topics. In addition to understanding fundamental ideas about mental health challenges, attendees will also explore the nature of a holistic lens and a wellness toolbox.
