You’ll be guided into deep rest as the vibrations of the bowls wash over you, helping to release stress, balance energy, and promote inner peace. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion to sit or lie comfortably in the grass, and allow yourself to fully unwind in this one-of-a-kind outdoor sound bath experience.

What to Expect:

• Water bottle and anything else to support your relaxation (Smoking prohibited)

Registration required - participation is limited to 15 people. Ages 12+ to keep it a calm, restorative, uninterrupted experience.
Accessibility Note: you will need to make a short walk in the grass, wheelchair accessible, but it is a slight uphill grade
