The Recharge Retreat will be held on Saturday 21 February 2026, created as a space for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Designed to nurture your wellbeing, this uplifting day offers the chance to slow down, take time for yourself, and leave feeling refreshed, motivated, and re-energised.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll hear from inspiring women who will share practical insights on living well and thriving. Topics include:

What to Wear:
Wear something comfortable that you can move in.
Some of these presentations will encourage light movement suitable for all fitness levels.
What to Bring:
If you have a yoga matt you might like to bring this along. They are not essential, so if you don't have one (or you forget) don't worry
