R E C H A R G E B E A C H Y O G A returns on C A R N E beach ?☀️Recharge Beach yoga 2024 begins from this Sunday 5th May, 9.30, on the stunning CARNE beach.
This all levels beach yoga class is held on either Pendower or Carne beach most weeks on Sundays at 9.30am.
£11/ session,
Booking and payment is 24h in advance please.
Request to join the "Beach yoga WhatsApp group" for up to date details and infos.
Weather may cause a cancellation and will be notified there.

Outdoor beach yoga is so good for us on SO many levels:

Bring a yoga mat or large beach towel. Layers of clothes for changable weather, sunscreen, water, a beach towel.. Swimming cossie?!
We do love a swim or a dip in the sea after...
Not compulsory, but certainly invigorating!
Aswell as the numerous benefits for our mental and physical and emotional wellbeing.
I'm really looking forward to seeing you on the beach soon.
Hearing the nature sounds, the birds, the sea all around and moving and being with all the elements, is so nourishing and grounding.
