Burnout Prevention and Intervention retreat with Mo Ford (Live and Breathe Coaching) /support from Ali Bell & Dr Denise Borland (Noble House). This 3-day retreat offers space in stunning, peaceful surroundings to rest, reflect and recharge. The programme is specially designed to support people who support others, and who may be at risk of/experiencing burnout. There will be opportunities to let go of physical tension, re-regulate your Autonomic Nervous System, receive coaching and connect deeply with yourself and others.
The retreat will be tailored to the needs of participants l. We will use trauma-skilled approaches focusing on head, heart, body and soul. This includes breathwork, embodied communication, exploring boundaries and reflective exercises.
For those of us who have responsibility for supporting and caring for others, and may be carrying not only our own, but others' challenges, there is a higher risk of burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. We need to take time and support to let go and re-energise in order to stay well and continue to do what we feel passionate about. This retreat offers space, skills and cutting edge tools to help you do just that.
