A New Year weekend of Yoga, meditation and cleansing meals to recharge together and light up our hearts for 2025
Our 8th time at this incredible beautiful hideaway next to Grizedale Forest set in 12 acres of woodland.
Embodied yoga, deep self-inquiry, tree yoga, woodland meditation, empowering morning embodied flow, yin yoga, pranayama, mantra, mudra and evening blissful yoga nidra with sound baths.
Our sessions will be deeply nourishing ~ Yoga in a lovely wooden historic Quaker hall with large log burning stove for fire for sessions. Outside Yoga in the woods with the magical loving trees as partners.
Friday evening
From 5pm Arrive, settle in with a herbal tea
6pm Gentle Yoga Flow
7.30pm Dinner
8.45pm Inner fire alchemy Yoga nidra & Sound bath
Saturday
8.30am Every day we begin again Yoga Flow
10am Breakfast
11.30am Yoga with the wisdom of the trees, forest breathwork & connection healing
1pm Lunch
Free time
5pm Glowing Yin
7.30pm Dinner
8.30pm Fire ceremony in the woods with wishes, dancing & drumming.
Sunday
8.30am Radiant Yoga
10am Breakfast
11.30am-1pm Journal, Kriya Meditation & closing circle.
All practises optional so you can choose to relax your way.
Delicious inspiring cleansing Vegan stews and soups included from Friday evening to Sunday breakfast (5 meals) with lots of herbal teas too. Gluten free / any nut / food allergies catered for.
The cosy bunk barn has 2 bedrooms & a little annex with 2, 3 & 4 beds a twin annex ~ some with bunks some with single beds - all bunks are just single bottom bunk (no one on top bunk). All share the barns bathrooms with hot showers.
