About the class: Join Laura Youngblut, Registered Yoga Teacher, for a 90-minute session. This time is for you to experience an awareness within, within the physical and mental body. The practice begins with a slow flow yoga to guide you to feel how your body moves. The practice will slow down to allow space for introspection. A sound bath of singing bowls will start your savasana, while chimes will bring you back. The practice ends when you are ready. Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment by allowing time for journaling of your experience.
