We are all adults in need of caring for our inner child. You may have experienced something traumatic as a child or maybe you have had some teachings that no longer resonate with you. Congrats on putting forth the effort in your healing! This retreat will involve dialogue, wellness practices and of course play from talented practitioners. Each day is a different playground.
Friday-Meet and greet along with sound meditation to interact with younger self.
Saturday-Movement and education as we hike and do yoga in nature while learning more about ourselves and the world around us.
Sunday-Give your body time to rejuvenate itself in this energy massage and leave the retreat rested and energized.
This is a wonderful time to welcome the fall equinox.
