Join us for a fun-filled day of fitness and excitement at the Recess Active Fitness Festival! This in-person event will be held at the Arlo Wynwood Miami in Wynwood, Miami, FL, USA. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and make new friends as we bring the energy to this amazing location.

RECESS ACTIVE is a Miami based fitness festival which incorporates, music, fitness, fun, friends and overall health & wellness all on one playground. RECESS ACTIVE includes a two hour workout, 8 fitness coaches, live DJ's, food, drinks and a nonstop 4 hour party surrounded by health and wellness stations and giveaways. Our members can participate in indoor cycling, an upper body workout, a lower body workout and yoga. They may complete all four workouts or select their favorites to participate in.
