An engaging event designed for tweens to explore, create, and socialize in a safe environment — while parents enjoy the surrounding shops, restaurants, and drinks at Boozie’s. Think 90's mall vibes. Once they are in, everything is included!

All guardians will be given wrist band to allow access to the space. Safety first! No one will be admited to the space with out a wrist band and kids can not leave without an adult.

$25 gets you all this plus in and out service! Want to leave mid day for a family meal? No problem, you can come back in the afternoon without having to pay again.

IMPORTANT: By signing this document, you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. Please read carefully before signing.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Participant” refers to my tween child/children), acknowledge that participation in Recess – A Tween Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Falls, collisions, or accidents while engaging in activities
• Contact with other participants or equipment
• Slips, trips, or other hazards in and around the event space
• Illness or injury resulting from physical activity or environmental factors

I understand these risks could result in injury or property damage, and I voluntarily assume all risks for my child(ren).

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Recess – A Tween Event, I release, discharge, and hold harmless:

• Lackawanna Station, BDP Holdings, their owners, employees, staff, volunteers, agents, vendors, and sponsors (collectively, the “Released Parties”)
  from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to my child(ren)’s participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand this is not a drop-off event. While I am not required to remain in the activity room(s), I must stay on-site within the Lackawanna Station building during the event.

I authorize the Released Parties to secure emergency medical care for my child(ren) if necessary and agree to be responsible for any related costs.

I grant permission for photos or videos taken of my child(ren) during the event to be used by the Released Parties for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes, without compensation.

I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

This agreement is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

By purchasing a ticket to Recess you area agreeing to this waiver.
