Spring Sessions: Reception of Wisdom and EnlightenmentReconnecting with Intuition are bi weekly classes focusing on a cyclical wellness journey. Join us for an adventure in meditation, easy yoga poses, intentional crafting and tarot card instruction.
Crafts in the class include, but are not limited to: mala necklaces, chakra earrings, wired crystal pendants and vision jars.
Each class will discuss the lunar phase and their alignment to the current season, monthly crystals and how to use them to balance the chakras, and the sacred feminine cycle (menstrual cycle) and the importance of its attunement to our daily routine, diet and exercise.
Tarot card instruction consists of an arrangement of all Major and Minor Arcana cards within the seasons. It will focus on using the cards as a means of exploring yourself and your path within the circle of life.
