Release the past and reclaim your lost power through Shamanic breathing to become your all-encompassing being.
About this Event

This breathwork technique has been practiced by Indigenous cultures in Mexico for hundreds of years, with its roots dating back to as early as the 15th century. The purpose of this breathwork, known as ‘Recapitulation,’ is to release energy that has accumulated in your energy field, or what the Toltecs describe as the energy body. Through this specific breathwork, we can also reclaim our lost energy and reintegrate it into our all-encompassing being, constituting both our physical and energetic body.

During this workshop, we will explore and experience different forms of Recapitulation, both theoretically and practically. Participants will have the opportunity to release past events, emotions, trauma, and review their life inventory through these ancient and powerful practices and techniques.

In this immersive experience, we will engage in and encounter the following:

• Manoeuvres of perception - through the Tonal and the Nagual

• Sweeping the field of the Tonal

• Recapitulating your past, present, and future

• The seal of intent through energetic movements

• Reorganizing your energy to orientate your new reality

With regular practice, increased awareness is gained. This heightened awareness allows us to discern where we lose and gain energy. Through the art of Recapitulation, we accumulate enough available energy to consciously choose our engagements in life. In doing so, we find ourselves in harmony with life, stepping into personal freedom.

It's important to note that the Recapitulation workshop serves as a prerequisite for all other Toltec Programs.

“I have found the recapitulation technique an invaluable tool to help let go of unhelpful emotions and memories that have kept me trapped in repetitive cycles of old pain. It’s such a simple technique but so powerful and a helpful tool for moving from a place of trauma and dis-ease into more love and inner peace.”- Charlotte
"I started the Toltec work with a recapitulation workshop lead by Caroline and instantly began to form a relationship with my energy body that allowed me to make better decisions and access more of my energy to relax my body and mind.”
- Izaak
"The recapitulation workshop was extremely potent and led to immediate, noticeable shifts in the awareness of my habitual patterns and behaviours.”
-Matt
