The Recalibration Retret is a journey home to Self, the core essence of who we are. An enquiry into the physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual parts of our being to reset, rebalance and recharge.
Through yogic practice, workshops, organic Ayurvedic food, community and nature, nourishment is provided on all of these levels.
This intimate gathering welcomes everyone - whatever your needs, background or yogic experience.

FOOD
Food philosophy: Our diet will be plant-based and gluten free organic meals locally produced. We will have clean living water and throughout the retreat we'' be exploring the learnings around Ayurveda, intentional eating, garden to table workshop, wild food foraging and clean living water. TRANSPORT
We will co-ordinate ride-shares and a complimentary lift to and from Anahata Yoga Retreat closer to the time when we have participants details.
