On arrival, you’ll get yourself nice and cosy, ready to be bathed in the sound of the crystal signing bowls and accompanying instruments. You’ll be treated to a short, guided mediation to help you relax down and get ready to experience the sound of the bowls. There’s nothing for you to do but relax, drift and enjoy the soothing sounds.
I work with quartz crystal singing bowls tuned to our 7 main chakras within the body and the 432hz frequency, which is said to be the sound of the Earth and has a deeply calming & grounding effect. As the session ends, you’ll be guided back slowly and gently into the room, ready to head into a relaxing evening.
