Feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges change, difficult relationships, parenting, or loneliness? This 4-week series helps you rebuild emotional and mental wellness, moving from surviving to thriving.
Each week focuses on one essential skill:
- Mindfulness – calm your mind and center yourself
- Managing Negative Thoughts – shift unhelpful thinking patterns
- Assertive Communication – express yourself clearly and confidently
- Boundaries – protect your energy and relationships
Skills build progressively, from the inside (thoughts and moods) to the outside (relationships), giving you practical tools to strengthen your resilience and well-being.

Meet Angela
Angela is a trained facilitator with several years experience providing support and group workshops, she has designed and facilitates an ongoing course on mental health skills. Angela's career background is entirely different, as a scientist and consultant in pharmaceutical cost-effectiveness.
