We recognize that you have taken a big step by coming here to prepare for your life’s REBOOT…YOU have control over your life and the way you feel.
We are providing a workbook to assist you in making a personal Action Plan to handle predictable and unpredictable tough times in your substance use recovery.
With a peer’s assistance, the plan you develop directly addresses the feelings, circumstances, and events that are most troubling to you with specific coping skills to respond to them.
