Join Jackie for a restorative and transformative breathwork experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm. This guided session offers a gentle pathway into greater clarity, balance, and emotional ease.
"In rebirthing breathwork, participants engage in intentional breathing cycles designed to regulate the nervous system. The practice begins with short, shallow breaths in the upper chest. These rhythmic breaths stimulate the sympathetic nervous system, promoting increased alertness and energy. After several minutes, you transition into deeper diaphragmatic breathing with gentle breath holds, which activate the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting relaxation and a sense of calm. Together, these phases help restore balance to the nervous system and teach the body how to recover from stress.
During the session, you will be seated or lying down in a comfortable position while receiving guided instruction through each stage of the breathing cycle. No prior breathwork experience is required.
