New year, new venue, new time... I am thrilled to announce that the first YOGA & WINE of 2026 will be at the wonderful Nest in Glasgow's East End!Join us:

Start the year with REBEL YOGA, nourishing body, mind and spirit, with an afternoon of shameless self care.
Refill your cup with wholesome yoga practices; mindfulness, movement, breath-work and meditation, followed by a informal tasting of delicious natural wines to enjoy and explore with thoughtfully paired snacks.
It has always been the intention with REBEL YOGA to share the benefits of Yoga as far and wide as possible, so I am buzzing to bring these events to a new part of the city I love. Conveniently located between Bellgrove and Bridgeton train stations, easily accessible from the city centre and beyond.
Come as you are. Mats and props all available to borrow.
