What to expect
Each circle starts by gathering together in a circle for tuning in, and a poem or short reading on a theme that will guide the session. A guided meditation follows, and then the space opens up for sharing what is on your heart, without interruption. After a break for tea, we chant/drum/sing and end with another short round of sharing/discussion and mantra chanting.
The venue
Our sessions are held at Brighton seafront’s Old Net Loft. A historic and dreamy space that overlooks the ocean, upstairs at The Brighton Fishing Museum.
