Dance to mostly rap, hip hop, and other genres with original choreography.**This is a cardio class, so be prepared to sweat. The room can get warm as you get your groove on. Bring your water and a sweat towel, and PLEASE bring non-marking gym shoes that are not worn outside so we can keep our floors safe and free of dirt**
