This Sound Meditation Bath with Chau Gong & Crystal singing bowls is designed to release and rebalance the body and mind, sending the very powerful 432hz frequency soundwave vibrations deeply throughout the body, shifting, unblocking, releasing and replenishing from top to bottom on a cellular level.
20 minutes alone on the Chau Gong is equivalent to 4 hours of restful sleep, whilst the professionally tuned Crystal Bowls are tuned to the 7 main Chakras which link with the main nervous and endocrine gland system in the body, promoting mental and physical wellbeing.
The combination of guided and sound meditation using specifically tuned sound instruments will quickly send you from our heightened Gamma and Beta brainwave state....down to 'Alpha' and down to 'Theta' ...where healing and repair work activates on a cellular level.
