Our chakras are the energy centers of the body, and when they’re out of balance, it can affect our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this Chakra Balancing Sound Bath, we’ll work with the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls to harmonize and unblock each of your chakras, creating balance and alignment in your energy field.
As the sound vibrations resonate through your body, you’ll be guided to release any blockages and restore harmony to your energy centers. This session is designed to leave you feeling centered, aligned, and deeply connected to yourself. By balancing your chakras, you can experience greater clarity, emotional stability, and a renewed sense of peace.
Location: The Home Studio is a private residence located in the City of Chino Hills. Complete address provided at checkout in the confirmation email.

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and listen to the sounds produced by various healing instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, bells, gongs, rain stick among other options that allows you to enter into a state of deep relaxation.
The vibrations produced help reset the nervous system, helping you release stress, feel relaxed, calm and restored.
What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow will be provided for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
