Inspired by the ancient yogic system of self-realization, this immersive movement experience is intelligently held by the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and we will utilize each limb in creative and synergistic ways: yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi.The main intention of the workshop is to align our energetic posture through the strategic use of muscle activation, functional movement, and yoga asana to prepare the body for receiving elevated emotional states. A curated ecstatic dance portion drops us into our feeling selves, consciously connecting to expansive vibrational states that turn us on and excite the deepest stirrings and knowings of our hearts. Drawing from the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, we will then utilize breathwork, meditation, and visualization to realize higher timelines of love, purpose, and fulfillment, inviting ourselves to feel what their actualization means for our lives.
This movement immersion was created as an opportunity to experience hope. Here, there is an opportunity to allow yourself to dream, to visualize and experience a New Earth, without fear, shame, or hesitation, but with a completely turned on solar plexus and glowing heart, ultimately knowing that our highest excitement is our blueprint.
