About this Event
The new year will soon be upon us, and with it brings the opportunity to "start afresh," but many people have become pessimistic and hopeless. Is it realistic to be hopeful while facing a future plagued with worldwide problems that seem impossible to fix?
The short answer: yes! Buddha's most profound insight is that if we change our mind we change our world.
In this retreat, Guest Teacher Gen Norbu will guide us through powerful, effective meditations that will help us let go of our skepticism and hopelessness, and replace them with realistic optimism based in wisdom. Through this we will lay the foundation for a clear, wise, and hopeful path for the year ahead.
Each session will include guided meditation, practical guidance, and time for questions. No previous experience is necessary; absolutely everyone is welcome!
