REALIGN: A Weekend of Releasing & Nourishment for Women

Welcome to the REALIGN Women's Healing Experience! Join Aurellia and Starr along with our amazing facilatators for a transformative weekend filled with self-care, empowerment, and connection. This in-person event will occur at the beautiful Booker T. Washington State Park. With the spirit of gratitude take this opportunity for you to honor yourself, to recharge your spirit, to realign your emotions, to become one with your higher selves.

At the REALIGN experience, our mission is to create a safe, nurturing space for women to heal their past trauma, release emotional burdens, and rediscover their inner strength, power and embrace their true selves; Through holistic practices, holistic therapies, and community support. We aim to empower women towards self-love and resilience.

What REALIGN means to us:

All sacred women from across the globe are welcome no matter their background, religion, or beliefs to indulge in the REALIGN experience.

Our Retreat Experiences:

• Deep breath meditation: The breath is a vital meditation that teaches you how to calm your nervous system
• Somatic Dance Therapy: We are going to have some fun with intentional, joyful dance movements that also help you release unwanted emotions that keep you from moving forward.
• Fire Cleansing and Releasing Ceremony: This practice allows you to honor your lessons and release old beliefs.
• Sound Bath Meditation: Is an ancient practice using the power of sound and vibration to unblock, relax, channel, and reduce stress. Assisting the body to realign while being guided towards healing, and wholeness.
• Nutrition: The powerful ways to use food for healing.
• Yoga
• Intuitive healing work, journaling and so much more

Finally a weekend to put YOURSELF first. Take this weekend to honor yourselves now instead of waiting on the right weight, partner, bank account, knowledge or other things.
