Monthly mock-slumber party for conversations on the many changes to sleep, relationships, sexuality, work, and life that come with motherhood. Come in your pjs, bring your wine. We'll provide the popcorn and chocolate. This is a space for real talk and sharing, and definitely laughing.
Zyanya will share tips for balancing mom realities with your own life and goals. Advice for staying connected to your partner and navigating relationships. And much more. We will share our highs and lows for the week, reflect on all that we have accomplished, and discuss strategies for riding through the more challenging parts of motherhood.
Come for advice and community, leave with solidarity.
