Our next show will take place at the Real London Show on Saturday 13th September at Bracknell Leisure Centre, Bagshot Road RG12 9SE. The venue has plenty of free parking and is not far from public transport. There is a café is on site. Free entry to the show hall.Alongside the Gerbils, there will be a major Cavy show and there will also be a Hamster and Mouse show.
We have classes for Mongolian Gerbils, in all colours, and classes for other species of Gerbils and Jirds, for example Duprasi and Shaw’s Jirds. Rosettes are available for other species and there will be a Best in Show rosette for the Best Other Species.

Our judge for the show is Brian Leiper and judging will commence at 11 am.
The cost of entry is £1 for all classes, including Other Species and Pet Gerbils. There will be small prizes given out for NGS members and for best Pet Gerbil. Other prizes may also be given out at the judge’s discretion.
Pet Gerbils can be shown in any suitable container but please ensure that the judge is able to access the container and handle the gerbils as they are judged on tameness.
