- While anyone is welcome, most of the attendees are Realtors or Real Estate adjacent and we have anywhere from 10 - 70 show up monthly, which means we all always have something to talk about

- This is in a small strip mall and parking will be available

- Always welcome, but it is location-dependent

- Shake hands with everyone you can
- Take selfies & tag each other
