Purpose

• Strengthening personal connections

• Advocating and exploring local businesses
• Share ways to help each other to help grow our businesses, and REAL Broker in Austin & beyond
• While anyone is welcome, most of the attendees are Realtors or Real Estate adjacent and we have anywhere from 10 - 70 show up monthly, which means we all always have something to talk about

Parking

• This is in a small strip mall and parking will be available

Pets & Kids

• Always welcome, but it is location-dependent

Process

• When you arrive, say Hi
• Shake hands with everyone you can
• Take selfies & tag each other
• Connect and send messages on social (social bonus: tag location, business, and @ianofAustin)
• Plan your next get-together, lunch, podcast, etc...
• When you leave, say Bye
