She has successfully managed her own properties and knows first hand the day-to-day activities to avoid loss and frustration to owners and tenants.

Mrs.Harris speaks to her clients in-depth, to discover their specific wants and needs are with maintaining their property. By understanding their needs she is able to tailor each property owner’s account to optimize their investment.

Miranda Basden is a seasoned tax accountant, Enrolled Agent, and the owner of Basden Accounting LLC, where she specializes in helping individuals and small businesses navigate the complexities of tax planning and compliance. As an Enrolled Agent, a federally licensed tax practitioner authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS, she provides expert guidance on tax strategies, deductions, and compliance, ensuring her clients maximize their financial opportunities. She began her career in commercial real estate, working as an accountant in demolition and excavation before transitioning to property management accounting. This experience gives her valuable insight into real estate taxation, making her a trusted resource for homebuyers, investors, and business owners.

In 2021, Miranda left her corporate job to pursue Basden Accounting full-time, dedicating herself to helping clients maximize tax benefits and build financial stability. As a QuickBooks affiliate and a trusted tax professional, she provides expert guidance on tax strategies, deductions, and compliance, ensuring her clients maximize their financial opportunities.

Beyond her work in tax and accounting, Miranda is also a podcaster and co-host of The Dex and Randi Show, where she and her husband discuss the ups and downs of life. In addition to podcasting, she is a speaker, educator, and mentor dedicated to helping others build a solid financial foundation.
