In 2011, he founded Sun Sno, operating three locations. After earning a Bachelor's in Entrepreneurship from Temple University, Dylan honed his real estate acumen at ROCK Commercial Real Estate for three years. In 2014, he joined forces with Josh Hankey at RSDC, ascending to President and CEO in June 2024.
About Royal Square Development & Construction: Under Dylan's leadership, RSDC has spearheaded numerous projects, contributing to nearly $100 million in development in Downtown York.
