Real Estate Business Blueprint
Course Description:
This course is designed to educate not only the Real Estate Agent, but to equip the Agent to have a repeatable business process to better service the needs of buyers and sellers while staying in compliance with GREC License Laws & Fair Housing Laws. The instructor(s) will walk agents through serving their buyers and sellers, including but not limited to the processes involved with real estate contracts, lead generation, financing, databases and referrals. This course will also relate real estate business practices to the License Laws governing an agent’s practice.
Course Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, students will understand:
- Properly identify target clients for maximum engagement
- Put systems in place to properly organize and support clients’ needs
- Awareness of Regulations such as the Do Not Call List & TCPA Guidelines
- Based upon target clients, utilize lead generation systems to properly support client’s needs.
- Identify your core group to focus engagement with
- Ensure that all interaction is in compliance with Georgia License Laws governing agent activities and communication – especially Unfair Trade Practices & Brokerage Relationships
- Ensure Agent awareness of Fair Housing Laws in Building their business
- Reach out to core group to build referrals and client relationships via the FORD or Apology scripts.
- Create long term engagement plan to build relationships, engagement and trust.
- Learn how to give referrals to better support your community.
