We will have Karen Jackson ,Loan Officer Mid PennBank, discuss the mortgage process and some great assistance programs like First Front Door and Keys to Equity Programs, including who is eligible, how someone gets registered and the amounts and dates available
Sheri Houpt from the Housing Partnership of Chester County will be talking about their First Time Homebuyer Program, which is $40,000 to use for down payment and closing costs (20% maximum down). That is a zero interest second mortgage that must be repaid when the property is sold, transferred or refinanced.
Both State programs – PA and DE
County Programs – Chester and Delaware and possibly the Wilmington City program as well.
