Spring is the time to plant new seeds and envision what you want to manifest in the year ahead. But this requires the fertile soil of a calm, inspired mind, body and spirit. Clear out the old and call in the new with some invigorating breathwork, an energetically expanding sound bath, gentle songs and some optional group vocalizing with the bowls (you’re welcome to just listen!). We will close out the session with fresh, nourishing, green juice along with some time to share, if you feel so called. No experience with breathwork, meditation, etc. required. Simply rest and receive!
You will have the choice to sit upright, with a seat cushion, back jack or wall, or to lie down with a blanket.
