About this Event
On Saturday, April 13, 2024, the City of Inglewood Office of Emergency Services will host the 2nd Annual Ready Inglewood Emergency Preparedness Expo at Rogers Park, located at 400 W Beach Ave, Inglewood, CA 90302. Community members are invited to attend the event and learn about how to prepare for disasters and other emergencies.
Over a dozen various disaster response agencies will participate in the Ready Inglewood Preparedness Expo, which will feature information booths, emergency preparedness demonstrations, presentations, emergency food and supplies for purchase, a kids’ fun zone, and emergency response vehicles.
We are looking for local Community Members and Youth to volunteer at this year's expo! Earn volunteer hours for school, by helping your community learn emergency preparedness tips to keep you, your family, and your friends safe during an emergency.
All Volunteers must arrive by 8:00 am to check-in.
