As part of our ongoing Christian discipleship, we are excited to host our 2025 book study, "Reading Revelation Responsibly" by Dr. Michael Gorman.The book study will be led by Douglas Harink & Don Dick. The study runs for 6 Mondays from October 20th to Nov 24, 7:30 pm-9 pm, in the River West Fireside Room. The book study will also include a special live Zoom conversation with Dr. Michael Gorman!

Reading Revelation Responsibly is for those who are confused by, afraid of, and/or preoccupied with the book of Revelation. In rescuing the Apocalypse from those who either completely misinterpret it or completely ignore it, Michael Gorman has given us both a guide to reading Revelation in a responsible way and a theological engagement with the text itself.
Rather than a script for the end times, Gorman demonstrates how Revelation serves as a script for Christian worship, witness, and mission that counters culturally embedded civil religion.
