Description:
Hey Kids! Join us at the club where reading is our superpower! Let's share our love for reading and discover new adventures together.
Reading is Our Superpower is a free reading mentoring program for first, second, and third graders who are reading behind their grade level. These struggling readers are assigned a teen mentor from high school who meets with them weekly, and they work together to improve reading. The program also includes a snacks, prizes, and fun activities to keep kids engaged and motivated.
This is not a drop-in program. Registration and commitment to complete the full 5-month program are required. After you register, you will be contacted to discuss your child's reading needs and the requirements of the program.
