Reading Folk is a 5-week Book Club for mums of children under 2. We meet weekly (with your little ones) to chat over a good book.
About this Event

Join us in Halewood Library on Friday afternoons to read our chosen book, starting on Friday 19 April for five weeks. (We've included two start dates in case you can't make our first meet-up but we recommend trying to make the first meet-up to stay up-to-date with the reading)

How Reading Folk works:

  • Sign up and become a member before Friday 12 April
  • You’ll receive a complimentary copy of our chosen book at our first meet-up.
  • Each week, we’ll set a number of chapters for you to read at home, and then we’ll discuss them the following week.
  • We’ll chat about the book over some light refreshments.
  • We’ll have books and toys on hand to keep your little ones entertained while we chat.
  • Reading Folk is open to mums with children under 2
“This is the first book I've read in five years; I'm starting to feel like me again” - Reading Folk Member
