Reading Drawings 101

Join IndyNAWIC for breakfast while we learn how to read and interpret construction drawings.

This interactive class, led by Shampale Johnson, BIM Project Manager at Hilti, will cover the fundamentals of reading construction drawings including interpreting information from plans, elevations, sections, details, and notes contained in typical drawings.

You will learn how to:

• Understand the components of a typical construction drawing set

• Identify typical drawing types, symbols, notes, and scales
