This month, we'll be making salads to celebrate the fresh seasonal produce of the summer season! In the Teaching Kitchen, we'll sample each other's dishes while our presenter whips up a recipe for everyone to taste at the end. We'll talk about the new cooking skills we’ve learned and the cookbooks we chose. Be sure to bring containers for any leftovers. Beverages will be provided.
All attendees must sign a waiver; you can download and sign it prior to the program, or you can sign one of the copies we'll have on-site.
Note: As food is prepared outside of the kitchen, dietary restrictions may not be accounted for. Please bring the recipe used or a card with ingredients listed.
