About this Event
The workshop aims at fostering personal and professional growth by addressing three key learning goals: adopting a mindfulness method for morning grounding, building trust with colleagues, and gaining insights into cultural differences between your home country and Switzerland. These fundamentals contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, ultimately enhancing individual and collective success in the globalized professional landscape. The workshop offers a highly interactive experience, featuring simulation exercises, engaging discussions between participants, and a guided meditation session.
